Under special request from the Imperial Federal Navy, Lorika Tek was tasked with upgrading the Canis (L) chassis that was originally developed for the Liberation Fleet's mission to Arkadia. After gaining access to several interesting armour sets recovered during a botched Smuggler raid, Lorika Tek personnel reverse-engineered the unique "Moonshine" alterations that they found and successfully integrated them into their existing Arkadian issue armour ranges. As a result, these newly "re-engineered" sets are now compatible with the colony repair terminals. However, before the first batch could be delivered to the IFN Supply Depot, the entire consignment was hijacked and the blueprints were either destroyed or stolen. It is therefore likely that any units recovered from the fiekd will constitute the only such examples in existence.
